Out of a in-depth intake, this is the crucial information for the pattern
that we see forming. When taking exams involving case studies, you are
constantly being tricked by information you do not need. Look at the questions
that are ask which relate to the case. If the questions do not relate to
past history, then that information is irrelevant to the case and usually
does not apply. Generally focus on what is going on now, the other information
is usually there to confuse your thought process. In addition, the tongue
and pulse generally play important roles in determining the diagnosis in
case study questions.
